Sophie is the founder of Customer Service Lab (CS Lab), and she has spent her career working with startups in customer experience with some of the most innovative companies like Leap Motion, Tile, Mailchimp, Etsy, Credit Karma, Nextdoor, Indiegogo, Molekule, DoorDash, Salesforce, Canary, LVMH, KodakGallery, and more. After building and managing customer experience teams for startups for more than a decade, Sophie decided to launch her own startup to bring her vision, experience, and knowledge of CX to other founders.

She's also passionate about bringing the CX industry together. In 2014 she launched a workshop series for CX executives in startups to create a community for exchange, brainstorming, and real innovation.
